We process the data you provide to us, plus some that is collected automatically:

  • Quote/contact form data: name, email address, phone number and any information you include about your project (service type, message and the other form answers).
  • Technical data: IP address and request data, used in a limited way to protect the form against spam and automated submissions.

We do not collect special categories of data, and we do not use your data for profiling or automated decision-making.

  • Responding to your request for a quote, information or contact, and managing the pre-contractual or contractual relationship that may follow. Legal basis: your consent and/or the taking of pre-contractual steps at your request.
  • Site security: preventing fraudulent or abusive use of the form. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in protecting the website.

4. Data retention

We keep your data for as long as needed to handle your request and, where applicable, for the duration of the business relationship. After that, it is kept only for the period required by applicable legal obligations, and is then deleted.

5. Recipients and processors

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes. To deliver the service we rely on providers acting as data processors:

  • Cloudflare, Inc. — website hosting and anti-spam protection (Turnstile).
  • Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.) — delivery of the emails generated by the form.

These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, such transfers are covered by the appropriate safeguards required by law (such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses).

6. Cookies

This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. It may only use technical or security cookies needed for the form to work (for example, Cloudflare Turnstile's anti-spam verification when you interact with it).

7. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability at any time, and withdraw any consent you have given. To do so, email us at artur@fotodigitaltenerife.es stating the right you wish to exercise.

If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
